Started my career with Hotel Nilgiris Nest, Chennai as DCDP in the year 1995 for 3 years. Later joined as CDP with Hotel Quality Inn Aruna in the during the period of 1999-2000. Then started my teaching career as Lecturer in Food Production with B. M. College, Chennai for 5 years from 2000 to 2005, with Coromondel Institute of Hotel for 1 year from 2005-06. Later joined as Sr. Lecturer with Oriental School of Hotel Management for three years during 2006-09.
Then came back to industry as Executive Chef in Vythiri Village for 2 years from 2009 and in Kerala State Poultry Development Corporation during the period 2010-12. Later, started own business at Chennai from December 2012 to March 2014. Rejoined with Kerala State Poultry Development Corporation during the period 2014-16. Then worked with Harvest Caterers, Ernakulam as Corporate Chef from June 2016 to September 2016.

Later rejoined with Oriental Group of Educational Institutions as Sr. Lecturer in the Food Production Department.
